How to Submit a Request
Prepare Your Receipt Snap a clear photo or scan of your itemized receipt. Ensure the date, store name, and total amount are visible.
Identify the Category Know which budget line your expense falls under (e.g., 6th Grade Events, Teacher Stipend, Art Supplies). If you are not sure, the Treasurer will assign the category.
Submit Online Click the button below to launch the secure form. You will upload your receipt image directly in the portal.

Q: How long does it take to get reimbursed?
A: We process reimbursement requests weekly. Typically, you can expect a check within 7-10 business days after your request is approved.
Q: I am a teacher using my annual stipend. What category do I choose?
A: Please select the "Teacher Support" or "Classroom Supplies" category. Remember, the current annual stipend limit is $300 for Returning Teachers, and $500 for New Teachers, for the 2025-2026 school year. If teachers are unsure of the remaining balance of their budget, email the treasurer. All teacher stipend receipts must be submitted by February 28, 2026.
Q: Can I submit one request for multiple receipts?
A: Yes! You can upload multiple images in a single transaction if they are for the same category (e.g., three different trips to Target for the same party). If they are for different events, please submit them separately to help us keep our books organized.
Q: I lost my receipt. Can I still be reimbursed?
A: We require an itemized receipt for audit purposes. A credit card statement is usually not sufficient. If you have lost a receipt, please contact the Treasurer immediately to discuss if an exception is possible.
Q: Who do I contact if I'm having trouble?
